Wushu

Set in an actual 3,000 student strong martial arts school in a remote part of  China, this family action film tells the story of Li Er (Yachao Wang) - a talented teenage sanda fighter (Chinese kickboxing) who falls in love with a beautiful girl training in wushu (the martial arts form practiced by international star, Jet Li).

In order to woo her, Li Er goes against his sanda coach and takes up wushu instead. Li Er loses his sanda champion status to becoming a nobody in wushu competition, while struggling to get his girl and to keep in school despite poor grades.
