About Hoyts Frankston
Contact & About
Bayside Entertainment Complex houses this twelve-screen cinema: it sure is entertaining, but it ain’t that complex. Just purchase your tickets at the handy touchscreen kiosks, browse the well-displayed selection of trendy treats and classic popcorn, and then let yourself be guided to those comfy reclining seats.
All auditoriums offer the same comfy, black seats which lean you backwards at the touch of a button (be careful not to fall asleep in your movie’s quieter moments!). There’s room to sit and discuss with friends before or after your session time outside Artie’s Bar and Cafe, where high tables stand before a licensed and well-stocked counter.
Movie-wise, this Hoyts location will have all the celeb-filled blockbusters you could possibly expect, plus standout hits from Japan, India, and right here in Australia. For fidgety young cinemagoers, there’s also a short row of arcade games and claw machines outside the multiplex.
Getting Here, Map & Parking
Bayside Entertainment Complex is along the Monash Highway, 40 minutes from Melbourne CBD. The best way for Hoyts customers to access the multi-level undercover carpark at Bayside is via Thompson Street: it costs $4 for 3 hours, or a flat rate of $3 if you arrive after 6pm.
From the city, grab the (you guessed it) Frankston train line and Hoyts is a 5 minute walk from the titular last station. Plenty of bus lines also provide access to the station.
