About Village Karingal
Contact & About
A towering royal purple exterior beckons you towards Karingal’s Village Cinemas outlet, where yet more funky colours carpet the path inside. Signage promises a “bigger screen, bigger sound, and bigger experience”, and you’ll certainly get all three included with your standard-priced movie ticket.
Comfy red seating gives you and your companion a place to hang out before entering the world of film: Village Karingal mostly offers mainstream franchises and titles that everyone’s heard of, with some Bollywood, Australian, and family-friendly releases in the mix.
The candy bar and ticket box office are located along the same counter, opposite an air hockey table and some fun arcade games. There’s one gigantic Vmax screen and luxury gold class theatres available, but your basic session time is sure to satisfy just as much.
Getting Here, Map & Parking
Karingal Hub sits five kilometers away from Frankston CBD, and its large car parking facilities can be best accessed via Cranbourne Road and Karingal Drive. Free parking is available, with around 2,200 spaces.
Also along Karingal Drive is a bus interchange, where routes 771, 777, 789, 790, and 791 make stops. Many of these buses also stop at the nearby Frankston train station on the Frankston line, otherwise about a 40 minute walk from the station if you’re feeling spry.
