Brutally portraying Mexico’s drug-fueled cycle of extreme violence, Heli revolves around an auto factory worker (Armando Espitia) who comes across a large consignment of cocaine, stolen by his sister’s boyfriend. Disposing of the stash he discovered, Heli finds himself under the thumb of crooked cops who want their drugs back and a brutal revenge.
