Glen Powell reunites with filmmaker Richard Linklater after 2016's Everybody Wants Some!! for this action-comedy about a cop working undercover as the most in-demand hitman in Houston who breaks protocol in order to help a desperate woman (Adria Arjona, 6 Underground) escape her abusive boyfriend. Powell and Linklater co-wrote the script, inspired by a real-life article written by Skip Hollandsworth.
