Recently separated empty-nester Kristin Davis (Sex in the City) goes on a solo trip to Africa and finds potential love (Rob Lowe) along the way.

New Yorker Kate Conrad (Davis) books a 'second honeymoon' to Africa with her husband for after their son leaves home for university. But rather than thank her, her husband brings their relationship to an abrupt end, leaving Kate to go alone. While in Zambia, she helps her pilot (Lowe) rescue a baby elephant and place it in an elephant sanctuary. While they help to nurse it back to health, a romance starts to blossom...
