Documentary on 23-year-old blind piano prodigy Justin Kauflin - an acute sufferer of stage fright - who finds his way to jazz legend and teacher, 89-year-old Clark Terry (a teacher and mentor to Quincy Jones and Miles Davis, as well as a player in both Count Basie's and Duke Ellington's bands). Shot over five years.
After Kauflin is invited to compete in an elite international competition, Clark's health takes a turn for the worse. With time running out, the two friends tackle the toughest challenges of their interwoven lives.
