SGaawaay K'uuna

The first feature film to be made entirely in the Haida language of Pacific-coast Canada, inspired by a traditional Haida legend. Set on the Island of Haida Gwaii, northern Canada, 19th century, the story follows Adiits'ii who commits an unfortunate act during a fishing gathering. Tormented, he runs away to the wilderness as his mind embraces madness.
