A giant 18-metre dome of pure cinema has opened in Wollongong to deliver a little bit of warmth this Winter.
Sunset Cinema and Winter Warmer have joined forces to bring the Cinema Dome to MacCabe Park, pegged as “an illuminated space with light projections, big squishy bean bags, and incredible surround sound.”
Running from 18 – 28 August, the packed programme of 2022 hits includes blockbusters Top Gun: Maverick and Thor: Love and Thunder, as well as family flicks Minions: The Rise of Gru and Lightyear.
After a cozy classic? The programme also includes wintery treats like Cool Runnings, Home Alone and both Frozen films.
If you find yourself at MacCabe Park from 25 – 28 August, you can complete the night with the Winter Market. Tickets are available on the Winter Warmer website.
