Australian box office report: this Bullet Train ain’t stoppin’ for nobody
Bullet Train denies Nope the #1 spot again at the Australian box office. The Brad Pitt action flick, currently in its third week, racked in $1.67 million over the seven-day period, convincingly beating Jordan Peele’s sci-fi horror by almost half a million.
New to the box office, anime juggernaut Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and Emma Thompson flick Good Luck to You, Leo Grande were just shy of nabbing a million each in their opening weeks (the former securing third, the latter landing in fifth place). There are absolutely no other comparisons we can make between these two films.
And despite releasing on the home market, Top Gun: Maverick is still earning big bucks months after its release.
