Australian trailer and release date for the post-apocalyptic series Sweet Tooth
“That little dude’s got hope coming out of every pore”, Nonso Anozie says of the antlered child protagonist of Sweet Tooth. It’s Netflix‘s latest comic-book-turned-epic-TV-series, and you can check out the trailer below.

Produced by Susan Downey and Robert Downey Jr, Sweet Tooth is a TV adaptation of Jeff Lemire’s acclaimed comic books of the same name. The entire series was filmed in New Zealand during 2020, a fitting location for a show about desperate survival in a post-pandemic apocalyptic wasteland.
The trailer above shows off some of the series’ most exciting qualities, from lush CGI to heartwarming characters finding each other in a dark fantasy world. You can meet those characters, from hybrid heroes to evil bureaucratic killers, with all episodes of Sweet Tooth now available to Netflix subscribers.
