Documentary and current affairs streaming platform iwonder launches in Australia
The Australian streaming landscape has a new kid on the block. The documentary and current affairs-focused service iwonder launched this week, with more than 500 hours of content.
The programming for this brand spankin’ new video on demand service spans documentaries about topics such as entertainment, sports, history, politics, science, technology, religion, music and biographies.
Titles of particular interest include the topical Alt-Right: Age of Rage, the Perth rock band doco Meal Tickets, Rolling Stone: Stories From The Edge and Wayne, the true story of the first Australian to win the World Motorcycle Grand Prix, Wayne Gardner.
One of the distinguishing features of iwonder is a curated collection that reflects current events. News stories appear on the homepage, paired with productions that explore related topics.
