How to watch And Just Like That season 2 in Australia

Everything old is new again, and that includes professional pontificator and gal-about-town Carrie Bradshaw and her posse. We first met them (on screen at least) back when Sex and the City dominated TV ratings, but now you can get a long overdue catch-up when season two of And Just Like That hits Binge on June 22.

Picking up 11 years after their last big screen outing in 2010’s Sex and the City 2, And Just Like That takes us back into the complicated lives of writer Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), art dealer Charlotte York Goldenblatt (Kristin Davis), and lawyer Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon) as they discover that life, love, sex, and careers are just as complicated in their 50s as they were in their 30s. Sadly, we don’t get to check in with Kim Cattrall’s Samantha Jones, who has been shipped off to London, although the odd text message from the character indicates we should never say never.

But this season we do get the return of John Corbett as former (and possibly future) love interest Aidan Shaw, plus Tony Danza joining the cast as the father of Che Diaz (Sara Ramirez), Miranda’s partner.

Also back for the new season are Nicole Ari Parker as Lisa Todd Wexley, Sarita Choudhury as Seema Patel, Mario Cantone as Anthony Marentino, Karen Pittman as Dr. Nya Wallace, Evan Handler as Harry Goldenblatt, Cathy Ang as Lily, and Alexa Swinton as Rock, David Eigenberg as Steve Brady,  Niall Cunningham as Brady Hobbes, and Candice Bergen as Carrie’s generally unimpressed editor, Enid Frick.

Sex and the City was a genuine cultural phenomenon from its literary origins to its epochal television presence (we’re onto our third series now, counting The Carrie Diaries), two mega-grossing features, and now its new home on streaming. If you’re feeling flirty and fashion-forward, make a date with Carrie.
