Making a bold claim for “gnarliest action movie of the year” is this stripped down Hindi thriller, which is more or less “The Raid on a train” in much the same way that Speed was “Die Hard on a bus”.

What is Kill about?
After his girlfriend Tulika Singh is promised to another man by her business mogul father, Baldeo Singh Thakur, National Security Guard commando (bet that pays off later) Amrit Rathod and his best mate/fellow killing machine, Viresh, follow them onto a superfast train from Ranchi to New Delhi. The former to propose, the latter just being a good bro.
Unfortunately for all involved, a team of dacoit bandits led by the evil Fani Bhushan attacks the train and, knowing a golden opportunity when they see one, decide to kidnap Thakur and his family for ransom. But, as previously noted, our hero has a certain set of skills. So we’re treated to a brisk, brutal carnival of carnage as Amrit proceeds to eliminate the bad guys as efficiently and brutally as possible.
The cast of Kill
Lakshya is our murderous main man, Amrit Rathod; Raghav Juyal is the evil Fani, while Ashish Vidyarthi is his just-as-evil father, bandit leader Beni Bhushan; Tanya Maniktala is love interest Tulika Singh; Abhishek Chauhan is Viresh Chatwal, Amrit’s bestie; and Harsh Chhaya is Baldev Singh Thakur, with Adrija Sinha, Ahaana Singh, Avanish Pandey, Parth Tiwari, Akshay Vichare, and Jitendra Kumar Sharma also on board.
This one is directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, who also co-wrote the script with Ayesha Syed.
