The summer before college Auden meets the mysterious Eli, a fellow insomniac. While the seaside town of Colby sleeps, the two embark on a nightly quest to help Auden experience the fun, carefree teen life she never knew she wanted.

Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez return for this revival of the '90s high-school sitcom centred on a group of teens new to Bayside High. Mark-Paul Gosselaar also reprises his role as Zack Morris, now the California governor who faces heavy criticism for closing too many low-income high schools.
