Bertrand Tavernier

A detective (Tommy Lee Jones) in post-Katrina New Orleans has a series of surreal encounters with a troop of ghostly Confederate soldiers while investigating serial killings of sex workers, a 1965 lynching, and corrupt local businessmen.
