Now under a new CEO who is hell-bent on transforming everything, the guys must find a way to triumph in the war of Art vs. Commerce. Meanwhile, as Gavin works to rehabilitate Hooli's image following his blunders, Big Head finds himself in a new partnership.

Change is in the air as the Pied Piper guys pursue their video-chat app, but Richard has a hard time letting go of his dream to put his algorithm to better use. Meanwhile, Monica deals with new competition in the office, and Gavin faces big changes at Hooli and beyond.

While Richard struggles to lead a larger team and play with the big dogs, the rest of the team adjusts to new staff, new digs and new anxieties. Meanwhile, Hooli rival Gavin Belson has returned to power, but finds the threat of Pied Piper, and its boldness, hard to shake.
