Wim Wenders' Oscar and BAFTA-nominated documentary following American guitarist Ry Cooder who brings together a group of legendary Cuban folk musicians (some in their 90s) to record a Grammy-winning record in their native city of Havana. Wenders captures the musician's life stories as well as concert footage from gigs in Amsterdam and New York City's Carnegie Hall.
