Shion Sono

The latest from Japan's enfant terrible Sion Sono (Why Don’t You Play in Hell?), a rap musical set in near-future Tokyo where 23 rival tribes struggle for control against a backdrop of Tarantino-esque violence, sex and corruption.

Severed-tongue-in-cheek flick from cult Japanese writer-director Sion Sono (Cold Fish, Suicide Club) about a group of wannabe documentary movie-makers who inject their flash-mob filming technique straight into a yakuza-filled gangwar.

After 2012’s horror anthology – which gave a crop of diverse filmmakers a letter of the alphabet from which they were to create a short film involving death – a new batch of directors contribute to this sequel’s sick and twisted compilation.
